These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dk365 ("dk365", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at dk365.biz. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

dk365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts for which satisfactory verification cannot be completed may be suspended or closed at dk365's discretion.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with dk365. The registration of more than one account by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dk365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any bets or withdraw any bonuses claimed through such accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dk365 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dk365 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your dk365 account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If any of your registered details change — including your address, phone number, or payment method details — you are required to update them in your account settings promptly. dk365 is not responsible for failed payments or communications arising from outdated account information.

dk365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your dk365 account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. dk365 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which dk365 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. dk365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before any withdrawal is released, dk365 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 2. Withdrawal processing times are:

dk365 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where regulatory obligations require investigation. All bets placed on the dk365 platform are subject to these general Terms and to any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or betting market. In the event of any conflict, the specific market rules shall prevail. dk365 publishes sport-specific and market-specific rules on the relevant betting pages of the platform.

A bet is deemed accepted and binding only once it has been confirmed by dk365's systems and a unique bet reference number has been issued to you. Until such confirmation is received, no bet shall be considered placed. dk365 is not liable for bets that fail to be placed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or any other technical malfunction outside dk365's direct control.

Odds displayed on the dk365 platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those in force at the time your bet is confirmed, not those displayed at the time you began the betting process. In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate continuously and acceptance of in-play bets is subject to market availability at the time of placement.

dk365 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, under the following circumstances:

• Where an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to palpably incorrect prices — has occurred
• Where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable market rules
• Where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity in connection with the relevant event
• Where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or any applicable sporting or regulatory rules
• Where a system or technical error has resulted in an incorrect market being published or incorrect odds being made available

Maximum winnings per single bet, per event, and per day are subject to limits which may vary by sport, market, and player account tier. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting pages and may be updated from time to time at dk365's sole discretion.

All casino games available on the dk365 platform — including live dealer games, video slots, table games, fishing games, and arcade titles — are operated either directly by dk365 or by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is subject to its own specific rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentage, which are disclosed within the individual game interface.

Random number generation (RNG) software used in dk365 casino games is independently certified to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player identity, bet size, or any other external factor. Historical outcomes do not affect the probability of future outcomes in any RNG-based game.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse: dk365 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive manner, including but not limited to:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the affected account:

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, provided that all withdrawal conditions have been met and no outstanding investigations are in progress.

dk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so
• Commercial decision to cease offering services to players in a particular jurisdiction

Where an account is closed by dk365 due to a breach of these Terms or suspected illegal activity, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. dk365 will notify affected players of the reason for closure and the process for retrieving any legitimate funds where permitted by law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk365 holds its gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent dk365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce payment obligations. Players who are residents of Pakistan are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that their use of the dk365 platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
